L'Andalousie De Raphael Fays 1996-2006

Premier enregistrement que Raphaël Faÿs consacre au flamenco, ce double album est aujourd’hui une référence. Le guitariste virtuose, qui fut proche du maître Paco de Lucia, impose ici pour la première fois ce qui va devenir sa signature : un phrasé délicat et puissant, joué au médiator. Il s’approprie les différents héritages des guitares classiques, flamencas et manouches. Avec ce double album, Raphaël Faÿs marque définitivement de son empreinte le répertoire flamenco en ouvrant la voie à son « impression d’Andalousie », métissée et ornementale, qu’il façonne depuis plus de 20 ans.
